2025 Annual General Meeting and election to board

| During the board face-to-face meeting in Milan, the board informally decided to set the 13th of September 2025 as the date for the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and approve Dorothea's proposed election timeline (see below). The current circular 2025/Res18 Confirmation of informal decision: The date for the 2025 AGM to be 13 September 2025 was created to formalise 13 September 2025 as the AGM date.
Previously: Dorothea had proposed to the board in January 2025 a potential date (2025-09-13) for the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and created the related election timeline. Dani submitted a board circular for that date, but it did not pass. The board, during their 2025-05-15 board chat, decided that Dani (Secretary) and Héctor (Deputy Secretary) will set the 2025 Annual General Meeting date. Previous board discussions

Wikimedia Italia's enquiry about adding a fundraising banner on osm.org

| Wikimedia Italia (OSMF Local Chapter) reached out to the board to ask whether it would be possible to display a temporary banner on the main OpenStreetMap.org website, highlighting Wikimedia Italia's fundraising campaigns related to the OpenStreetMap project in Italy. The banner would be placed in the space below the search bar, where State of the Map (SotM) conference announcements are sometimes shown.

Draft blog post about OSMF members' review of the draft EU Articles of Association

| Craig Allan (Chairperson) has shared a draft post with the board for their review. In this post, OSMF members are being asked to provide their comments on the draft EU Articles of Association (pass 2, currently on the OSM wiki) for the relocation of the OSMF from the UK to Belgium. |

SotM US 2025 - lightning talk about OSMF

| Dani Waltersdorfer (OSMF Secretary) had a discussion with Maggie Cawley (OSM US Executive director). During the discussion, the option of Dani presenting a lightning talk about the OSMF at the State of the Map US 2025 conference was mentioned. Dani has asked her fellow OSMF board members for their feedback regarding this proposal. |

Benevity recertification before 2025-07-05

| The OpenStreetMap Foundation had [registered](https://causes.benevity.org/causes/826-05912761) with the Benevity Causes Portal, for reveiving donations and real-time corporate matching funds from various companies.
OSMF's annual Benevity Self-Certification declaration will expire on 2025-07-05. If not renewed, OSMF will not be eligible for donations via Benevity. Note: You can donate directly to the OpenStreetMap Foundation via https://supporting.openstreetmap.org/donate/. Alternative donation methods are listed here. |
