- 2024-07-22 OSM Poland sends a filled and signed sponsorship distribution agreement for SotM Europe 2024

- OSM Poland asks OSMF to get a loan, as they have to pay the venue in one week after the conference ends and they were counting on the Microsoft sponsorship having reached them by then (via OSMF).
- The OSMF board approved (with 4 votes at that point) to distribute the Microsoft funds to OSM Poland and the loan.
- 2024-07-09 It became clear that the Microsoft agreement requested to be signed is related to Microsoft sponsoring SotM EU 2024 in Poland, organised by OSM Poland. OSMF was previously not aware about the sponsorship, the agreement, or that it will be asked to facilitate the transfer of funds to OSM Poland.
