Actual business
Refactoring of OSM website notes
The Engineering Working Group will solicitate Gregory for a invoice over 60% of the expected effort to ensure approriate payment for the work performed so far, based on the general payment milestones agreed on during the previous meeting.
Microgrants
We are ready to start. Last remaining questions on Juror selection process were settled by emails between Salim and Mikel and with edits to the GitHub documents. Tobias is interested in helping with review of jury nominations.

Actual Microgrants will likely end up in next year's budget. The Engineering Working Group will ask for a budget of 30 000 GBP year for 2025. The Engineering Working Group reserves to ask for more money if there are enough high-value ideas.
GDPR
Andrew volunteers to start a thread on the community forum that can also serve as input for an FAQ. The goal is to have people have a look at what we're proposing and get a final round of feedback.
It is still necessary to enforce (or even enable) that long-term users accept the Terms of Service that bind users to the GDPR obligations towards fellow users. Andrew volunteers to update the GDPR project description on GitHub to include development of the code for this task.
Next steps:
- Improve the draft on the GitHub repo
- Look also through the code whether there are obviously loose ends
The Engineering Working Group shall talk to maintainers on planetdump-ng to fathom possibilities. The rationale is that external users are much more numerous for the planet than for the website. Roland and Andrew volunteer to sort out what to do.
Payment milestones
Emerson has updated the EWG bidding repo.
Vector Tiles
Paul has announced demo of tiles served from OSMF hardware. Postpone rest of the discussion until Adam is present.
EWG help with recruitment for copyright page update
The task is considerd minor. It is proportionate to ask Gregory instead of a full bidding process. The EWG shall ping the LWG to keep it alive.
