Investigate moving OSMF out of the UK, and into the EU

Summary

The meeting focused on choosing between moving OSMF to either Belgium or Luxembourg. Some board members favoured Belgium, while others saw potential benefits in Luxembourg. Despite the divergent views, there was consensus on the need for a thorough evaluation. Board members scheduled a follow-up during the May mid-month board chat, providing enough time to review the document that Guillaume prepared comparing the two options, and which was sent yesterday (action item from the April 2024 face-to-face board meeting).
