Requests for equipment
- There were a few requests for equipment. In itself, it can be acceptable for those to stay with the applicants, however, we don't want to buy "a person's new computer". The equipment should benefit and keep benefitting the local community.
Selection methods
- The proposals were devided among the 5 members. Some of the proposals were marked for removal; these were discussed by the group.
