Timeline

call for proposals ASAP; April 20th
how much time open for proposals?

   * considerations:
       * depends on the type of project we envision
       * some projects need some communication between several people now
   * between two and three weeks :)
   * we can always extend if needed. We won't communicate that though

feedback period

   * considerations:
       * we need to be able to ask questions
       * might change depending on number of applications
   * current vision (might change!)
       * one week public
       * two week internal (overlapping)

Committee would like to be sure to have a second round already envisioned, because the first round is gonna be "special" because of covid-19 situation
HOT is starting a new run now. Best to avoid overlap.
