Microgrants

Nelson Mwowa reports on the jurors' process and tooling for the selection process (using a scoring sheet and ChaosPad). The selection process is ongoing work in progress.

Vector Tiles

Shortbread has attained version 1.1. Paul will prepare talks with technical details about the vector tile implementation on osm.org in general for the State of the Map Europe.

Floss Fund

To apply for support bei the Floss Fund, the OpenStreetMap Foundation needs to place a couple of informative files on openstreetmap.org. For the sake of simplicity these are called funding.json. The process to get this deployed has now been completed, thanks to Hectors initiative. Further work to complete the application for the funds is following.

Next Projects to Commission / Projects Pipeline

Minh has prepared a roadmap as part of his duties as Software facilitor. The members of this Engineering Working Group volunteer to read the document over the next two weeks to discuss it at the next meeting.
