* The last two years were very fulfilling.
* The board has done some hard and necessary work to assure the future of the project.
* Taken aback by how much little communication there is with the community. People focused on two mailings lists (talk<sup>*</sup>, osmf-talk<sup>**</sup>) and on the [https://blogs.openstreetmap.org/ blogs].
* The project and the board are now heading to a good direction.
