* Western Balkans is replaced by Kosovo as the ononly Country of that region where we think that transfers are not supported by paypal. We will look for more feedback from members of that region.
* Question: what if their form requests financial hardship but they fill in *nothing* for the freeformfree-form field > send back to sender
