Local Chapter applications
Gambia
- Application docs of The Gambia YMCA Computer Training Center & Digital Studio
- Currently assigned to Anisa
- Contact with org regarding missing financial docs is still pending; WG may have to pend the application similar to Nigeria's
- Laura volunteers to help with contacting Gambia and Nigeria applicants; Michael can also possibly to help with contacts
Indonesia
- Application docs of Perkumpulan OpenStreetMap Indonesia
- Currently assigned to Maggie
- The question regarding open membership is still pending

Colombia
- Application docs of Asociación de Cartografía Colaborativa de Colombia (AC3)

- Héctor stated that two questions have been answered to his satisfaction
- Next step is to start the community consultation in various community channels, maybe copying Cristoffs's consultations for the Brazil application
Ethiopia
- Application docs of OpenStreetMap Ethiopia
- Currently assigned to Eugene
- Eugene stated that the initial document review done and that questions will be asked regarding financial documents and community engagement
Catalan countries
- Application docs of Associació Catalana de l'OpenStreetMap
- New application; noted that this application has an overlap with OSM France, OSM Italia, and the Spanish application
- Now assigned to Michael as WG point of contact, maybe assisted by Anisa (confirm with Anisa in group chat)
- Héctor confirmed that there is an agreement between the Catalan and Spanish applicants that their applications should proceed in parallel
- Applicant sent an email to Wikimedia Italia on Oct 2 (info at wikimedia.it, and segreteria at wikimedia.it); no email to OSM France seen
- There was a question about overlap precedent and OSM UK's overlap with OSM Ireland's in Northern Ireland was brought up.

Spain
- Application docs of Asociación OpenStreetMap España
- New application; noted that this application has an overlap with the Catalan application
- Now assigned to Eugene as WG point of contact
- Héctor said that the existing bank account issue is still a problem
Taiwan
- Previous: Dennis of OSMTW said that they will apply through Wikimedia Taiwan
