Communications Working Group (CWG) — Meeting Minutes

Present: Dani, Mila, Laura, Craig, Héctor.

Apologies: No apologies

1. Attendance

As the meeting consisted of four Board members and one CWG member and no further people joined the meeting it was decided that it was pointless to continue with the agenda.

2. Frequency of Meetings

One possibility for non-attendance was the one meeting per week schedule which could be very demanding of a voluntary committee. Those present agreed to change the schedule to one meeting every two weeks on a trial basis.

3. Next meeting

The next meeting was scheduled for 17 July.
