2026/Res14 Authority to hire Canadian counsel to deal with Ryan Nadeau's legal threats
| Motivation
Having selected a legal firm (Arvay Finlay LLC) and counsel, Julia Riddle, we now need to pay a deposit to secure their services. The amount they will require is approximately CAD 10000, or EUR 6177 at today's rates. I suggest allowing some extra by authorising spending up to the limit of the Medium category, which is EUR 10000. Resolution: This Board resolves to pay up to EUR 10000 to Arvan Finlay LLC to cover legal fees and expenses that arise in the resolution of the Ryan Nadeau and Balthazar biking trail matter. |
